Working with Organisations

Many organisations have more neurodivergent people than they realise. They're in your teams, in your leadership — often working harder than they need to, in systems that weren't built with their brains in mind.

I work with organisations to change that: through talks, training, and coaching that build genuine understanding and create workplaces where neurodivergent talent can actually thrive.

Neurodiversity & ADHD at Work

Neurodivergent professionals bring creativity, lateral thinking, and resilience to the teams they're part of. But they often have to work against systems — meetings, performance processes, communication norms — that weren't designed with their brains in mind.

I draw on 15+ years in across tech and corporate environments, and specialist training in ADHD and neurodiversity coaching, to help organisations build awareness and translate it into practical, lasting change.

What I Offer

Services for Organisations

Awareness Talks

An interactive 60–90 minute session introducing ADHD, Autism, and other neurodiversity in the workplace. We cover common myths, real strengths, and the unseen challenges many neurodivergent employees navigate every day — with space for questions and honest conversation. Suitable for all staff, leadership teams, ERGs, or staff networks.

Team Workshops

Small group sessions exploring how a specific team can work in more neuroinclusive ways — around meetings, deadlines, communication, and feedback. Sessions are co-designed with the team, so any changes feel owned rather than imposed. Particularly useful for teams where burnout or overwhelm is high.

Leadership Training

Practical, scenario-based training for people managers on supporting neurodivergent team members. We explore reasonable adjustments, performance conversations, communication styles, and workload planning — with a focus on language that actually lands, and changes that are realistic in your organisation.

1:1 Coaching for Employees

Confidential coaching for neurodivergent employees — diagnosed or self-identified. A safe, reflective space to untangle challenges, build sustainable habits, and work with their brain rather than against it. Can be offered as part of a wider programme or as a standalone employee benefit.

When It Works, Everyone Benefits

Supporting neurodivergent employees isn't just the right thing to do — it makes for better, more sustainable teams.

  • Increased engagement and retention of neurodivergent staff

  • Reduced burnout, overwhelm, and disengagement

  • Clearer communication and expectations across teams

  • More inclusive meetings, collaboration, and ways of working

Let's Talk

Every organisation is different, and I tailor everything to your goals, your people, and your time. Whether you're exploring a one-off talk or thinking about something more ongoing, I'd love to have a conversation about what might work for you.
