Ready to start moving from survival mode into
clarity, calm, and self-compassion?

Who I Work With
I work 1:1 with neurodivergent adults, like you, who are navigating life with new or emerging insights about their neurodivergence.

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to work with me. What matters is that you're curious and ready to invest in feeling clearer, calmer and more you.
You might be feeling:
-
Overwhelmed or exhausted from trying to fit into a world not designed for you
-
Stuck in survival mode, with burnout never far away
-
Curious about your neurodivergence and what it means for your identity
Ready to:
-
Reclaim your unique ways of thinking, creating, and experiencing joy

If any of this resonates, you’re in the right place.
A place to unmask, be curious, and feel supported

Beyond coaching

Curious by nature, I love trying new crafts and making things. I find joy in life's little adventures: travelling, spending time in nature, being in a forest or in or near water. I appreciate beauty around me, love maps, and write most days. I have a special interest in people and holistic health.
My Journey
Why I Became a Coach
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late thirties, after decades of high achievement, chronic stress, and repeated burnout. On the outside, it looked like I was doing well. Inside, I was constantly pushing myself to fit into high pressure environments, burning out again and again without understanding why.

Receiving an ADHD diagnosis reframed my life. It showed me that the struggle wasn’t a lack of effort—it was a lack of understanding. The clarity didn’t bring instant relief, but it sparked a deep process of self-discovery, unlearning, and learning to meet myself with compassion and curiosity.

Experiencing ADHD coaching myself was transformative. It gave me tools and insights that years of therapy hadn’t, and showed me the power of support from someone who truly understands. It inspired me to leave my corporate career and follow a path aligned with my values: empowering late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults to move out of survival mode, break cycles of stress, and build lives that reflect their strengths and purpose.

Since then, I’ve immersed myself in learning about neurodivergence and how to build lives that actually work for neurodivergent brains. I’m a certified ADHD coach and Mental Health First Aider, and I’m currently training as an Advanced AuDHD coach. Before coaching, I spent over 15 years in global tech and corporate environments, training, mentoring, and problem-solving across cultures and time zones. Earlier in my career, I also worked in mental health settings.

Together, my lived experience and professional background allow me to meet each client with compassion, respect, and a genuine belief that they can build a life that feels right.

How we will work
Show up as you are. There’s no pressure, no performing, no “fixing” required. We move at your pace, exploring your thoughts, patterns, and strengths, and taking small steps toward unmasking and meaningful progress.

We work with your ADHD, not against it. That means we slow things down, get curious, and build support that actually fits your life — not something that asks you to push harder or be someone you’re not.
Together, we might:
- Explore your neurodivergence and reframe your experiences
-
Discover your values and strengths, and learn to lean on them
-
Untangle patterns of perfectionism and over-optimising, and find a gentler place where good enough really is enough
-
Experiment with routines, boundaries, and habits that work for you
-
Break tasks into manageable steps and find strategies to get started
-
Explore ways to reduce overwhelm, decision fatigue, and procrastination
-
Get to know your executive functioning and find practical ways to work with it
-
Simplify — and build support that fits your life as it actually is

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to “try harder”. You just need a safe space to begin to untangle your thoughts and be seen.
