"Coaching that is calm, direct and practical.
You don't have to perform or mask."

About Saara

I'm Saara — a certified ADHD & AuDHD coach, and a former Senior Customer Success Manager who spent 15+ years in high-performance tech and SaaS environments doing exactly what many of my clients describe: achieving on the outside, exhausted on the inside, and wondering what was wrong with me.

My late diagnosis changed everything. Not overnight — but it started a process of finally understanding myself, and finding a way of working that fits my brain.

That experience is at the heart of everything I do.

Who I Work With

I work with smart, capable professionals and founders who are exhausted from working against their own brain.

Often: people in tech, SaaS, Customer Success, Sales, or Leadership — high-interruption, multi-priority roles where they've thrived on the outside while their feet have been flapping frantically under the water.

You don't need a formal diagnosis to work with me. What matters is that you're ready to try a different approach.

"The biggest difference she's made isn't by giving me lots of tips —
it's by helping me understand why certain things work and others don't...
Saara never tries to fix me... I always leave our sessions with greater clarity and a handful of practical ideas that I genuinely want to try."

My Journey

For over a decade, I worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager in global tech and SaaS — at companies like Gartner, SurveyMonkey and startups.

High-interruption, multi-priority, always-on environments were where I thrived. They were also where everything felt harder than it should.I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late thirties. On the outside, it looked like I was doing well. Inside, I was constantly pushing myself to fit into systems that weren't built for the way my brain works — burning out again and again without understanding why.

The diagnosis didn't fix everything overnight. But it reframed everything. The struggle wasn't a lack of effort — it was a lack of understanding. What followed was a process of unlearning, self-discovery, and finally learning to work with my brain instead of against it.

Experiencing ADHD coaching myself was the turning point. It gave me tools and insights that years of trying harder never had. It showed me the power of support from someone who genuinely understands — and it led me here.

How we will work

Sessions are calm, focused and practical. There's no pressure to perform or have it all figured out before we speak.

I listen closely, ask reflective questions, and share what's useful. We work at your pace. We may spot patterns, name what's not working, and identify your real strengths. I might gently challenge you or help you see something you hadn't quite noticed yet.

Together we build practical skills and tools to help you move forward with more ease.

I draw on Executive Functioning and AuDHD Paradox frameworks — and bring 15+ years of lived experience in the same high-performance environments many of my clients navigate every day.

Clients often leave sessions with more clarity, more self-belief, less guilt — and ideas they are excited to try.

Together we might work on:

  • Exploring your neurodivergence and reframing your experiences

  • Procrastination and motivation

  • Decision-making

  • Time and hyperfocus

  • Perfectionism and RSD

  • Burnout prevention

  • Boundaries and overwhelm

  • Routines and habits that stick

  • Advocating for your needs

  • Simplifying and building support that fits your life

Beyond coaching

Outside of work, I'm curious by nature. I love creating things, spending time outdoors, travelling, and finding joy in life's adventures and quieter moments. I write most days and have a soft spot for forests, water, and good music.

If any of this resonates,

I'd love to hear from you.
