1:1 ADHD Coaching & Packages

ADHD coaching is a collaborative, neuro-affirmative process designed to help you understand how your brain works, notice your patterns, and create practical strategies that actually fit your life. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, strengths, and goals, and develop tools that help you move through life with more ease, clarity, and confidence.

What is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching is a specialised, neuro-affirmative form of support for people with ADHD.

It’s a collaborative, forward-looking process where we explore how your brain works — and what that means in your everyday life. It’s a space to meet yourself with curiosity and self-kindness.

In our individually tailored sessions, we explore your neurodivergence in context:

Your emotions, sensory needs, energy, focus, motivation and executive functioning.

We notice the patterns that keep repeating — the overwhelm, the burnout, the self-doubt — and gently uncover what’s underneath.

The aim of coaching is not to “fix” you — because you are not broken.

Instead, we identify your unique strengths and challenges through the lens of your neurodivergence and focus on small, sustainable shifts that fit your brain and your nervous system.

We will never force neurotypical systems onto you or try to change who you are.

No productivity pressure or 'try harder' advice. We won't push to override your limits.

We focus on what feels important to you and set goals that feel realistic and meaningful.

Coaching can nurture self-acceptance and self-compassion, helping you move through life with more ease and confidence. It offers space to reflect on who and where you are, reconnect with your values and strengths, and build a deeper sense of purpose and fulfilment.
